What types of vehicles do you provide?

We offer Innova, Vellfire, Starex, and passenger vans. Vehicles are arranged based on group size, luggage, and itinerary.

What information is required to book a cross-border services??

Please provide the date, pickup time, pickup and drop-off locations, number of passengers, luggage quantity and size, passenger name, contact number, and flight number (for airport transfers).

How far in advance should I book my transport services?

We recommend booking at least 2 days in advance, especially during weekends, public holidays, school holidays, and peak seasons.

Can you pick up passengers directly at the airport?

Yes. Airport pickups require a Persiaran Starex or Persiaran Van for pickup at designated areas. During immigration clearance, passengers must get off with their luggage and clear customs themselves before continuing the journey.

Is there a charge if the driver needs to wait?

Yes, waiting charges may apply if the waiting time exceeds the scheduled pickup time. Charges depend on the waiting time and trip arrangements.

When will I receive the driver’s details?

Driver details will be provided between 4 PM and 6 PM, one day before your booking date.

Can I make last-minute changes to my itinerary?

Yes, but please contact us in advance. Additional charges may apply if the changes involve extra distance, time, or vehicle arrangements.

What if my flight is delayed?

Please contact us as soon as possible. We will coordinate with the driver accordingly. Additional waiting charges may apply if extra waiting time is required.
